Toebben Builders wanted a 4 page newsletter that would include information about all the projects they were involved in. Big images and eye-catching headlines help keep the readers’ attention.
The historic Cincinnati Athletic Club needed an updated brochure to help attract members and compete with other health clubs. We designed a 6 page bi-fold brochure with coordinated folder that featured professional photos of all the various club member demographics with testimonials from new and long-time members. The owners of Theatre House wanted their 2008 catalog cover to showcase the products they offer and, at the same time, their kids who had been featured in almost every catalog cover since the kids were born. This design did both.
Macke Bindery hired KVP to produce a video and they liked the results so much we did a 11″x17″ trifold brochure for them also. The brochure featured a die-cut on the front flap that revealed the logo on the inside: Macke Bindery . We also created a video for Macke Bindery to use as a marketing tool and on their web site.
Whitaker & Shade wanted a logo and a yellow pages ad. This full page ad was part of a campaign that featured smaller versions of the ad or one with a woman, depending on the phone book the ad would be featured in.

Raymond’s Hong Kong Cafe commissioned KVP to create mini-fliers announcing their breakfast and lunch specials. These colorful 4×6 photo promos sat on each table in their restaurant. We also created their 8 page menu with full color photos and detailed descriptions of the various delicious dishes.
This ad for the upscale Squire Valley development appeared in the Kentucky Post for the Toebben Home Building side. KVP also created a two-sided color brochure for Squire Valley to use for prospective clients interested in a custom landominium and a DVD of the company’s offerings.
This testimonial type ad was the first in a series of effective print ads that appeared every other month on the back page of the Northern Kentucky Business Journal for the Toebben Construction Company. The various photos were also used in fliers showcasing the different buildings that Toebben offers for lease.
TownHouse Galleries wanted a vibrant display that would encourage shoppers to fill out an entry form. The data gathered was used as a mailing list for more direct mail pieces.
Fritz Deer Lure contracted with KVP to produce their website, tri-fold flier and this 13″ x 13″ hard board display.
